Physical Abstractions

Physical Abstractions explores the intersection of experimentation with light, movement, and abstraction, pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved through photographic processes rather than digital manipulation. The work abstracts what is presented in front of the camera, encouraging viewers to engage with the energy of the images rather than focusing on their figurative or representational aspects.

In the photographs, light and movement become both the mediums of exploration and the language of expression. There is a constant interplay between intention and spontaneity, where each image becomes an invitation to engage in an unspoken conversation between the piece and the audience. Through experimentation, I invite the viewer to dynamically experience the images. The result is a moment of interaction, evoking a response or a stimulus in the viewer, responding to the image’s energy with their senses and emotions.
